About the event
A cosy and creative festive workshop where you’ll craft your own intention-infused bauble, sip a seasonal drink, and unwind into a soothing sound bath. A beautiful way to slow down, reflect, and move into the holiday season feeling connected and calm.
What to Bring:
No equipment needed. All materials and props are provided. Just come comfortable and cosy.
Includes: bauble craft workshop, intention setting, glass of prosecco or mulled wine, cosy hot chocolate or festive cacao, closing sound bath
Location: Head to Brimstage Courtyard and go up the stairs and through the green door above Alfa Advanced Mind & Body/ Wirral Wellbeing.
