About the event
Float into stillness and let waves of sound wash over you. This unique experience combines gentle floating with the deeply restorative vibrations of a sound bath.
We'll begin with breath-work to ground you, then you'll float for around 50 minutes beneath candlelight, immersed in crystal sound bowls, chimes, and healing frequencies. We'll close with herbal tea, leaving you refreshed and re-centred.
